Classy Graduates

Description

Cake is two layers of  spice flavour.

Filling is a vanilla buttercream.

Decoration is a number of complex  vanilla fondant items and vanilla buttercream. with a chocolate fondant name plaque.

These cakes were made for a graduation celebration.  Each cake was designed to reflect the degree obtained and the future plans or, in the case of High School grads, to reflect the further course of study they planned to pursue.
